Training Couse in: UC Docência LABS: Preparation for Teaching in Higher Education Course
General Objectives of the Course
Within the scope of the UC Docência LABS program, the core purpose of this shortcourse is to enhance the quality of teaching at the UC (aligned with SDG 4), by fostering a pedagogical approach that supports students’ individual talents and profiles. It aims to promote learning processes that encourage autonomy of thought, creativity, and a lifelong desire to learn, in close connection with the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge.
Admission Requirements
Early-career faculty members (within the scope of the UC Qualifica Program) and faculty members who wish to deepen their knowledge of pedagogy in higher education.
