Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

By the end of the module, students should be able to: Critically analyze the role of AI in supporting strategic decision-making and competitiveness; Apply predictive models and data analytics techniques in management, exploring the personalization of the customer experience; Evaluate the potential of automation with AI (RPA, chatbots, virtual assistants) to increase efficiency; Integrate AI solutions with systems such as ERP and CRM, understanding the challenges and benefits; Use
practical tools (Power BI, ChatGPT, Co-pilot, Perplexity) for analysis, communication and decision-making; Identify good practices for implementing collaborative robotics and the social and organizational impacts of interaction between humans and AI; Discuss the impacts of AI on organizational structure and the future of work, considering ethical and safety issues.
