Postgraduate in Management of Information Services of Archive, Library and Museum – for teachers
General Objectives of the Course
Create a space for collaborative work and sharing of objectives, knowledge, resources and experiences, seeking to encourage the implementation of projects and initiatives of pedagogical interest, animation of reading, book promotion and training within the scope of archives, libraries and museums management; Prepare professionals capable of producing, selecting, evaluating, analyzing, representing, recovering, communicating, storing and preserving valuable information, in any medium, analog or digital, using technological tools and respecting existing national and international guidelines;Redirect academic paths to the area of archives, school/public/university libraries and museums management.

The evaluation of the trainees will be made on a quantitative scale, from 1 to 10 values, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 4 of Order 4595/2015, of 6 May:- Excellent - from 9 to 10 values;
- Very Good - from 8 to 8.9 values;
- Good - from 6.5 to 7.9 values;
- Regular - from 5 to 6.4 values;
- Insufficient - from 1 to 4.9.
Students will be deemed successful if they obtain a classification equal to or higher than 5/20 and if they attend 2/3 of the specified number of joint contact hours;
At the beginning of the course, the evaluation parameters will be clarified with the trainees.
Learning Objectives and Intended Skills
By attending the Postgraduate Course, the trainee will acquire crucial skills that allow them to create conditions for the organization and management of information in archives, libraries and museums, as well as learning how to promote joint initiatives that develop literacy among their users, exchanging experiences and sharing resources. It will produce documents with a view to improving the functioning and management of archives, libraries, museums and will provide guidance for creating and updating online catalogues. It will encourage collaboration between archives, libraries and museums, optimizing available resources and activities to promote reading and other literacies.Qualification Requirements and Regulations
