Specialization course on After Action Review
General Objectives of the Course
It is expected that, after attending this certification, SGIFR agents withresponsibility for reconstructing and analyzing rural fire interventions will be able to identify relevant rural fire incidents with the potential to create lessons learned, identify and analyze the determining factors for the events, to organize participatory processes for reconstructing events, to focus on the event rather than personal responsibilities, to identify the interconnection between the various stages of the process chain that are relevant to the success of the intervention, to identify and propose aspects for future improvement (lessons learned), in particular the cohesion of organizational structures.
