Training Course in: Strategic Management of Information Services
General Objectives of the Course
At the end, students are expected to understand the organizational framework formanaging an information service, based on knowledge of theoretical and methodological principles for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating information services, regardless of the organizational context, nature of the information, stage of the life cycle, mode of production or support on which it is recorded.
Admission Requirements
Senior Information Services Technicians, Senior Public Administration and Local Administration Technicians and other candidates with an interest in the topic covered.

Access to Further Studies
Successful completion of this training is a preferential criterion for entry into the Postgraduate Course in Management of Information Services for Archive, Library and Museum, as long as the admission conditions are met and in accordance with the number of defined vacancies. Graduates who subsequently enter Postgraduate Studies will have this training recognized in the corresponding Postgraduate curricular unit.Study Programme
