Training Course: Introduction to Ultimate Frisbee

General Objectives of the Course

Introduction to Ultimate Frisbee, considering its potential to promote active leisure and its unique educational characteristics: it is an accessible sport, can be played by mixed teams, promotes healthy lifestyles, does not require refereeing, is played with Fair Play and is based on SOTG (Spirit of the Game).

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Upon completing the course, the student should be able to: - master throwing, catching, and defensive techniques;- demonstrate understanding and application of the rules and game strategies;- collaborate effectively in mixed teams, promoting Fair Play;- integrate principles of ethical conduct and respect through the Spirit of the Game (SOTG).
