Introduction to Russian Literature Course

General Objectives of the Course

To acquire basic notions and to critically reflect on the development stages of Russian literature from its early years to the present day; To help the students broaden their professional competence in the field of Russian literature; To be familiarized with the system of literary genres necessary in order to analyse various texts and works; To be familiarized and know how to use the reference bibliography and online literature as a research tool in order to obtain information about Russian literature.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Continuous assessment, which requires 75% attendance and the completion of two assessment tests. Participation during classes, completion of homework, and tasks performed throughout the course. At the end of each level, it is possible to request the issuance or the corresponding certificate, provided that the student has been successful.

0-20 grade.
