necessary to manage business processes effectively using a management software.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
(1) Describe SAP products and their purposes;
(2) Access an SAP system through various graphical interfaces;
(3) Explain the purpose of different organizational structures in the SAP environment;
(4) Describe the main business processes of the company under study (Global Bike) and the SAP transactions used to execute them.
