Training Course: UC MUN - UN Model of the University of Coimbra

General Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce all participants to the organization of the United Nations, in particular the General Assembly and its committees. In addition, participants will have to simulate the United Nations General Assembly, with the theme "Artificial Intelligence - Impact on the society of the future".

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Qualitative assessment with pass/fail grade qualification. Trainees are recommended to attend at least 2/3 of the course.

Developing oratory, leadership, writing, research, negotiation and argumentation skills; Understanding the concept of Artificial Intelligence; Understanding the impact of AI on society.
