Training Course - Multilevel pedagogical processes in Physical Education
General Objectives of the Course
The course is oriented towards improving the teaching of Physical Education and fits into the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, in terms of promoting quality education, assuming as goals: i) to situate recent trends in inclusion in the definition of a universal and compulsory education, in which the School considers heterogeneity and different learning rhythms; ii) deepen the idea of Physical Education as an area in which the starting characteristics of the students impact on the possibilities of development and learning; iii) question the traditional, massive teaching of Physical Education and develop planning and evaluation skills that represent opportunities for improvement in an inclusive education; iv) deepening possibilities and constraints of a social, professional and organizational nature in the implementation of inclusive teaching practices.Admission Requirements
Teachers from recruitment groups 260 and 620 with the privilege of teachers assigned a position of Pedagogical Supervision at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education.

The final classification will be the result of weighing the following parameters: . 25% - participation in the accomplishment of the tasks in the face sessions, assiduity and punctuality; . 60% - quality of foundation and critical analysis of teaching materials and their application in educational context; . 15% - quality of the structure and scope of the individual portfolio (including a final reflection on the work carried out). The evaluation scale shall be that provided for in Article 46 (2) of the Teaching Career Statute, approved by Decree-Law no. 75/2010, of 23 June, as amended by Decree-Law No. 41/2012, of February 21, 2012: Excellent - from 9 to 10 values; Very Good - from 8 to 8.9 points; Good - from 6.5 to 7.9 points; Regular - from 5.0 to 6.4 values; Insufficient - from 1.0 to 4.9 values The approval will depend on obtaining a rating equal to or higher than 5 values, and also from the minimum frequency to 75% of the total hours of presenceLearning Objectives and Intended Skills
Upon completion of the course, the teacher should be able to: i) develop collaboratively the reflection around the challenges posed by the heterogeneity of the school public; ii) analyze and criticize the traditional ways of conceiving teaching and evaluating learning; iii) design and develop procedures inherent to planning for differentiated teaching; iv) develop teaching and assessment strategies in line with the heterogeneity of students, based on a critical analysis of differentiated learning assessment procedures; v) develop assessment strategies related to the heterogeneity of students, aimed at building teaching itineraries, regulating processes and verifying products.Qualification Requirements and Regulations
