Training course in Informatics Challenges

General Objectives of the Course

The course aims to give students in the final year of the secondary education an insight into advanced knowledge and challenges in Informatics. The subjects taught are an introduction to contents that are developed in depth in the programs of the courses available at the Dep. Computer Engineering at FCTUC. The course program is divided into several modules, each of which addresses a different subject, and a final project to be developed as a team, where the knowledge acquired during the various classes will be used.

Admission Requirements

Students who completed the 10th and 11th years of the Science and Technology Course with a final average of 16 or more, and who are currently attending the 12th year. Students who have completed the 10th and 11th years of the Science and Technology Course with a final average below 16, and who are currently attending the 12th year, whose curriculum is recognized by the course coordination as attesting the ability to complete the course.
