The goals of this training are the appropriation of strategies and the development of skills, according to the objectives of the Incredible Years program TCM (Teacher Classroom Management.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

The final classification of the trainees will be expressed, on a scale from 1 to 10, in whole numbers rounded to the tenths. The classification is expressed quantitatively and qualitatively as follows: - Excellent- from 9 to 10 values - Very Good- from 8 to 8.9 - Good- from 6.5 to 7.9 - Regular- from 5 to 6.4 - Insufficient- from 1 to 4.9.

1. Building positive relationships with children and families; 2. The construction and use of behavior plans; 3. The reduction of negative educational strategies and the increase of positive ones.
